I did try meetings for a while, but I never really worked the program the way it’s meant to be (going through the steps, etc.). I learned a lot from the meetings, so I’m still glad that I went for a bit even though I didn’t stick with it. I also think it was really helpful just to talk to people in person about what I was going through. The reason I stopped going was because of social anxiety issues, nothing to do with the meetings themselves.

Congrats on hitting 10 days, that’s huge. Keep it up!
