I drink a lot of herbal tea, but no decaf coffee. The herbal tea is enough to fill the void as far as taste for me. I had never really drank it before quitting caffeine.
I’ve gone back and forth with eating chocolate. Even when I’m eating it, I rarely have it. I know I’m getting a little caffeine from it, but I really can’t notice any difference. I think it’s just such a miniscule amount compared to when I was drinking coffee and soda every day.
